Run Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters on Dr. Ratio, with Wastelander of Banditry Desert and The Ashblazing Grand Duke behind it. The planar ornament is Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves. Main stats are CRIT Rate >= CRIT DMG body, Speed > ATK% feet, Imaginary DMG >= ATK% sphere, ATK% rope. Roll substats in the order SPD (breakpoint) > CRIT RATE = CRIT DMG > ATK%.
Trace priority is Talent > Skill > Ultimate > Basic. The Ultimate costs 140 energy, which is what an Energy Regeneration Rate target has to clear.
