This Love, Forever tops the light cone ranking for Trailblazer (Remembrance) at S1, ahead of Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky, Fly Into a Pink Tomorrow and Memory's Curtain Never Falls. That order is prydwen.gg's, measured in play and rephrased here; every row of it sits under Light cones below.
Run World-Remaking Deliverer on Trailblazer (Remembrance), with Messenger Traversing Hackerspace and Eagle of Twilight Line behind it. The planar ornament is Amphoreus, The Eternal Land. Main stats are CRIT DMG body, Speed feet, Ice DMG > HP% > DEF% sphere, Energy Regen Rate rope. Roll substats in the order SPD > CRIT DMG > Effect RES (until 30% with Broken Keel).
Trace priority is Memosprite Skill > Memosprite Talent > Talent > Ult = Skill = Basic. The Ultimate costs 160 energy, which is what an Energy Regeneration Rate target has to clear.
Deals Ice DMG equal to 100% of Trailblazer's ATK to one designated enemy.
