Run Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations on Trailblazer (Harmony), with Thief of Shooting Meteor and Eagle of Twilight Line behind it. The planar ornament is Talia: Kingdom of Banditry. Main stats are HP% > DEF% body, Speed feet, HP% > DEF% sphere, Break Effect > Energy Regen Rate rope. Roll substats in the order SPD = Break Effect% > HP% = DEF%.
Trace priority is Ultimate > Talent > Skill > Basic. The Ultimate costs 140 energy, which is what an Energy Regeneration Rate target has to clear.
Trailblazer (Harmony) plays Break support in the Rappa team, alongside Rappa, Ruan Mei and Lingsha.
