Specialist set intended for use on characters with kits that do not require Speed or that have other ways of accessing it in combat. On characters where this set is viable, the CRIT RATE buff is enough to offset the -8% Speed penalty and the sacrifice of building no Speed before battle. Clara does not require much, or any Speed. To function and is often played with action advancers like Sparkle, Sunday, or Robin that allow her to "cheat" her Speed. Because of this Clara can ignore the main downside of this set for the most part whilst reaping huge rewards. It’s important to note, without an action advancer to help Clara may want a token amount of Speed to offset the -8% and ensure she doesn’t start dropping actions in longer fights.
